One of the things that drove me from religion was the realization that it was requiring me to deny my humanity.  Anything that requires us to deny what we are is not serving us.

It&#039;s really kind of strange that a society that is addicted to sex is also afraid to discuss it openly in their churches and prosecutes nudity in it&#039;s courts.

I believe that it is the judgment we&#039;ve placed upon our bodies and sexuality that has actually created the addiction.

Gentle acceptance of our humanity and sexuality simply allows us to be all we are - spiritual beings enjoying a human experience.
