Astrology can be a tool to help with the law of attraction

Astrology for the average person is nothing more than a curiosity. It is the cryptic blurb that we read in the daily news paper. The average person really does not give it much thought past knowing the all important sun sign. Ask just about any one and they can tell you what their sun sign is. Astrology has been a part of pop culture for a long time. What most people don’t realize is the powerful tool that astrology is. It is powerful when one views it from knowing and understanding the larger view of our place in the universe. We are souls living a human experience. If you have not recognized that then you may think that it was coincidental that you were physically born on a certain time and day. You may not even realize that the day you came into the world certain events were already predestined to occur in your life. On the day you were born you were endowed with certain gifts that would aid you in the development of your life’s purpose and that of your soul. Even though astrology is a curiosity, we should probably take a look at what it is and how it can aid us in our life.

What is astrology? Astrology is the study of how the metaphysical becomes physical. The word metaphysics means beyond (Meta) physical (physics). Astrology has been a part of occult (hidden) knowledge for centuries. Make no mistake astrology is a science. Anyone that is skilled in reading astrological charts has usually gone through many years of study. Knowing a sun sign is simple. However, astrology is much more than that. At its fundamental level it is the study of how energy affects us on this planet in the physical realm. Every thing in the universe is energy; everything in the universe is connected. No matter how big or small. As stated in one of my previous articles, the greatest law in the universe is the law of cause and effect. In today’s vernacular it is referred to as the law of attraction. In our solar system the planets and how they align at different points causes, for simplicity sake let’s call them energy ripples, an affect on every living thing on the planet. I will state again that the law of attraction is so much more than just positive thinking. How this energy affects the physical is the science of astrology.Of course all of us guys understand when heavenly bodies go by they do have a certain affect.

Let’s dive a little deeper into how the motion of the planets affects us. As a soul you choose when you incarnate on the earth plane. You choose the different challenges that will confront you during your life time in the physical. Yes, it’s true. All the difficult times that you have had during your life were probably predestined before you were even born. People have often asked, why does God allow suffering in the world? Believe it or not God has nothing to do with it. As a soul we develop, we learn, we gain wisdom from the trials that we go through while on earth in the physical. Think of our bodies as a vehicle for the soul to move around in and experience on the physical plain. That is why, in universal dream imagery, if you are riding in a car it is a symbolic picture from your soul to you of moving from one place to another. On the day you were born the planets and energies were aligned in a certain fashion. As a soul you knowingly chose a certain alignment because you knew in the physical world this alignment would give you certain strengths, skills and abilities to handle the challenges that you set for yourself. The planets are always moving so the energies are always changing. We can predict certain human behaviors based on the alignment of the planets. If you don’t believe it find out what “generational” planet and a specific alignment coincides with mid life crises for most people. There is a definite cause and effect. Using the term law of attraction is to simplistic. Understanding how the planets and their movements affect us can be a great aid.

Because the planets move at the same speed and stay the same distance apart astrologist can predict certain events based on the energies that particular planet alignments have caused over the centuries. This is how an astrologist can predict future events. They can do it based on how your “birth chart” and planets align with other planets at any given time. Your soul chose your body. It chose the time and place because of the particular challenges that your situation would afford it. However, your soul does not control you. It is a relationship of give and take. You have free will to go the direction in life that you want. However, if you do not learn the lesson that you were born to experience and understand, you will keep having situations occur in your life that bring that lesson to you. You will continue to have those lessons appear in your life until you learn the lesson. Ladies now you know why you keep meeting the same goof ball guy. Just learn the lesson and prince charming is around the corner. In order to stop bumping your head, why not use a tool like astrology to aid you in understanding when certain energies are advantageous for you or when they are not? You are energy; you are connected to everything in the universe.

You have tools at your disposal. Just as mathematics and chemistry are a tools for science, astrology can be a tool for life. It has been around for thousands of years for good reason I suspect. Don’t let fear and superstitions blind you to a great why to honor and understand your connection to the source. Astrology is a science. Use it. A good astrologist can be a great aid. I say again, you are a soul living a human experience.
